Free delivery to most mainland UK postcodes with no minimum order value. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched for next working day delivery.
All crates are fully pallet wrapped, fitted with a protective pallet cover, and secured with heavy-duty tape to keep everything stable during transport. This helps ensure the logs arrive protected and can withstand light rain during delivery. While the cover will keep the logs dry for a short period, we recommend moving them indoors or under shelter as soon as possible.
Orders are delivered via Palletline, with a tracking link provided by email. You will receive an estimated delivery window of approximately three hours. If you are available to receive the delivery, drivers are typically very helpful and, where access is reasonable, will often place the crate where requested. However, all deliveries are officially kerbside only, as drivers are only insured to deliver to the kerbside. If you would like the crate left without being present, please let us know in advance.
Any additional items ordered alongside your crate will be delivered together on the same pallet. If your crate has not arrived, or you have not received your tracking link by the morning of your scheduled delivery day, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
