Delivery Areas We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas (including parts of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, islands, and certain rural postcodes) may be subject to extended delivery times and additional charges.

Delivery Times Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery to most UK postcodes. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions or courier delays.

Delivery Charges Delivery is free of charge to most UK mainland postcodes. Some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may incur an additional surcharge, which will be communicated to you prior to dispatch. Exact delivery costs and estimated delivery dates for your specific postcode are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Our Couriers We ship using DHL and HMT/Palletline depending on the size and weight of your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
