Your birch logs arrive as a full crate, delivered on a pallet by tail-lift lorry. It’s a kerbside drop, so make sure there’s clear access and a flat area for unloading.

Orders placed before the cut-off are usually dispatched the same working day. If not, they go out the next. Delivery is next working day from dispatch, with tracking and contact from the pallet network to confirm the drop. Everything arrives stacked, secure, and ready to store.
