Free delivery to most mainland UK postcodes with no minimum order value. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched for next working day delivery.

All maxi bags are packed in heavy duty double wall cardboard boxes to protect the logs during transport. Orders are sent via DHL with full tracking, a one-hour delivery window and options to choose a safe place or rearrange delivery.

Orders of two or more maxi bags may arrive separately. If only part of your order arrives, please do not worry — the remaining bags are still in transit. If your full order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us for support.
