Ordering Is Simple With Mortimers Fuels
Enter your postcode when prompted — a pop-up will appear asking for your postcode. This helps us show you only the products that are available in your area.
Add what you need to your basket — once you've unlocked your area, you’ll see everything you can order for delivery or collection.
Checkout as normal — just like any online shop. No account needed, and you’ll get a confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
What Happens After You Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email so you know we’ve received it and everything’s good to go.
From there, we’ll keep you updated depending on your delivery type. Local delivery customers will get a text or email before we head out, so you know exactly when your logs are arriving.
If you’ve selected nationwide shipping, we’ll send you a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. And if you’re collecting, we’ll let you know by email the moment your order is ready for pick-up.
