How to order

During checkout, simply select your preferred method: Delivery or Collection.

  • Delivery:

    • Got a spot in our delivery zone? Our delivery zone covers a wide range of post codes, which is confirmed before you order your logs.
    • After you've checked your in the zone, you can pick from two of our delivery dates for your area, which will be delivered BY 8PM.
    • For any special requirements, you can leave a note in the delivery instructions and we'll do our best to make sure we meet your needs, wether it's a delivery spot, or a specific time.

  • Collection:

    • Fancy picking up the logs yourself? Just hit 'Collection' when you order.
    • You can then choose a Saturday in the coming weeks to collect your logs.
    • As well as choosing your own date, you can also choose a time slot from 10AM, every 30 minutes with the last slot being 11:30AM.
    • Be sure to give us a call if you need your logs in a hurry and our team will make sure you are kept warm in as fast as same day!
